Saman Moghadam wurde am 6. Januar 1969 in Teheran, Iran, geboren. Bereits als Teenager interessierte er sich für das Filmemachen und Geschichtenerzählen und verfolgte nach seinem Schulabschluss seinen Traum, Filmemacher zu werden. Er studierte Film am Filmbildungszentrum in Teheran. Er arbeitete mit der Filmproduktionsfirma Film Vision an den Filmen „Sperm Whale One and Two“.

This holding had a lot of cultural and cinematic programs in Belgium, France, Austria, Italy, the Czech Republic, Germany, Switzerland, the United Kingdom, the Netherlands, Norway, Sweden, Turkey, Dubai and Denmark..
