Hassan Fathi was born on September 0, 1959 in Tehran. He is a director and screenwriter. He graduated with a bachelor's degree in psychology from Shahid Beheshti University in Tehran and a master's degree in theater directing from Islamic Azad University. He is a university professor and educational director of Karnameh Cultural and Artistic Institute. He experienced acting in theater and during his student days. In 1989, he began criticizing theater and cinema in the magazines Soroush, Tamashakhaneh, Donyayeh Tasvir and Drama. He was engaged in directing and writing theater plays for a while until he made his first television experience in 1993 by directing the television series Neighbors. Specific dialogues with appropriate rhythm and impressive music are characteristic of his works.
